Very nice. The staff name is Amber, she is awesome, good service. Nice place to spend time and enjoin lunch or dinner. The meal is good and also have discount on side menu. You can have lots of choices of food. Vietnam style and westerner style. I chose westerner style and my friend chose Vietnam style. Both are delicious. And we recommend you for this restaurant.

We dined at Ding Doong restaurant, located on the 9th floor of Hotel Grand Du Lac, during our stay as guests. Drawn by positive breakfast experiences and glowing reviews, we were not disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous, enhancing the already inviting atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view of the Hanoi skyline. As for the food, it surpassed all our expectations; the chef's salad and Black Angus steak were particular standouts. We eagerly anticipate returning and wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Vietnam.

My partner and I had many meals with Ding Doong during our 4 night stay at the Grand du Lac, including breakfast, dinner and room service. The restaurant has a lovely low lit and relaxing atmosphere, where we enjoyed city views. Upstairs from the restaurant is a rooftop bar where we had some delicious cocktails and enjoyed a live music night on a Friday night. We enjoyed both Vietnamese and western dishes here. The steak and dry aged duck were noteworthy. A special thanks for Lam aka Benjamin for his attentiveness and friendliness. Definitely would recommend.

Such a fantastic restaurant at the Grand Hotel Du Lac. Ding Doong has both types of cuisines and the service is impeccable. They are attentive and kind and the food is delicious. Different varieties every morning and super accommodating. Please give it a try when you come and always ask for the special!
